Our technicians will carefully discuss with you what your needs are before we offer a solution to your problem.   This is another common problem with going to a store front that offers manufactured systems.  A lot of business is generated on the ignorance of the consumer and this leaves the door open to over sell features of computer systems that are not needed.  For instance, you will not need an expensive gaming system  if your needs are only to send email and surf the internet.   It is true that this is not always the intentions of the stores that offer these systems but this is sometimes the result of the ingorance of the sales person that is selling the product to you.
